Can't believe it!

I went to work yesteerday so so sick, my eyes were red and swollen, my nose was running I was awful....it was a bad cold....funny thing is I went out to lunch with a couple of friends from work and I had greasy fish and chips, and we couldn't believe it how better I was after eating lunch.....I don't know but maybe I needed some unhealthy food or something (since I've been on a diet).....today I feel a lot better still a bit stuffy but nothing like Thursday and Friday morning.
