THE FOREVER YOUNG'S - We married in August 1996 to start the Youngs...added our little miracle girl in July 2000.....We three are what make up "THE FOREVER YOUNG'S". We are a family that devotes our time to "FAMILY TIME"......every moment is a cherished one!
Today was Megan's 5th Birthday Party, we had her party at a play place, her friends came, they played, ate, and had fun. It was great to see everyone again, expecially her friends from school which over the summer months we don't get to see.
July 29, 2005 Megan's 5th Birthday.....we had some of our friends over to celebrate Megan's 5th birthday. She had a great day. I took half a day off to be with her, I took her to her chioc of restaurant which was the "Mandarin"....she loves it so much, then we went and picked up her balloons went home and waited for our friends to arrive.
Can you believe the difference 5 years makes? We can't! It seems like yesterday that she came into our lives....our little miracle....the one who makes our world, our "YOUNG" family! Happy 5th Birthday Megan! We love you lots! XXOO
Today we went up to Barrie to celebrate my "god-daughter" Ashleigh's 3rd birthday...since we wouldn't see her on July 28 we wanted to see her to celebrate! We had a great time with the Semkowski's as usual.
Today we went to celebrate Megan's friend Jessica's "5th" birthday! It was a great day, the weather was fantastic. It was great to see people we only see once or twice a year!
I went to my "God Sister" Leigh's baby shower today it was great. We thought it was going to be a rainy day but it held off. Leigh had a great time, and I had a great time spending more time with her. She is expecting her little boy Brenden into the world the beginning of September and we are all looking forward to meeting him. Leigh is a wonderful person who is all heart and I know she's going to make an excellent Mum.
Megan went to her friend Austin's birthday party. He is her friend from JK, he had his party on the Messy Hands School Bus www.messyhands.com and they had a great time. They made tye-dye t-shirts, and had fun together. There were also other friends of Megans from school, it sure is nice to have the children get together over the summer holidays and they were all excited to see one another again.

Today we went for a bbq to Leigh and James house, they are expecting their 1st baby in September and we wanted to bring a lot of things over to them that were once Megans. Megan helped sorting things out before going and we took a few pictures of things that she used to wear up against her, and boy has see grown. We don't get to see Leigh and James that often and we sure hope that could change, it was a wonderful afternoon just relaxing with great company.
Today we spent the day at Canada's Wonderland....those seasons passes really come in useful....go when you like for as long as you like. The weather was hot, we went on rides, and we took Megan on her 1st every water ride which she enjoyed a lot....Ken got soaked, the girls stayed pretty dry until we stood on the bridge at Timber Wolf Falls where we got soaked, we soon dryed up with the nice weather. We had a great day. Once we left we ran over to the airport as Ken's nephew was leaving to go back to Finland with his family, we were happy to see them.
Megan spent her 2nd week of summer at the Gymnastics Summer Camp, the theme this week was the Wild, Wild, West which she really enjoyed despite the "WANTED" poster that she posed for! The poster was done so good we couldn't pass it up to include it on the website.
Yes it is Canada Day! We had a BBQ it was nice weather until the evening when it was cooler....a lot cooler....we had good company, conversation, food and then a nice firework show to top it off.
Megan had a good time playing with her friends this Canada Day! They played with the climber, toys, and even had tatoos!
