6X6 Monster Truck

We went on a 6X6 Monster truck tour in Punta Cana, it was a fantastic tour getting to visit a local school, a local home where they made cocoa, vanilla extract and other things....also went horse back riding and to Macao beach. What a great time!

A Cruise to Remember

We went on this ship "Freedom of the Seas" last week. Megan didn't know about it at all, it was a surprise. Megan thought we were going to Toronto to the market early in the morning, we pulled into the parking lot near the airport and she asked where we are going, we said we were parking. She got out the car and stood at the back when we opened up the trunk she saw all the suitcases and she said "where are we going?" We said you'll see! We checked in and of coarse she found out we were off to Miami. Once landing we got on a bus and we were following signs to Miami Beach, she thought we were going there. We reached the pier and she saw all the cruise ships lined up and she said, "Mom I wish we could go on one of them someday", and I said "well how about that oneday be today?" Her expression and excitment will never be erased from our memories......she said, "really?" and we said, really! What an exciting start to our holiday!

Aboard the ship was lots to do...mini golf, relaxing, surfing, swimming, watching the circus preform, eating...the rooms was amazing...loved every minute of our holiday away

We met our Grandson Cole this Thanksgiving weekend! It was great to finally meet him. As well it was great to spend time with Jeremy & Amy as well. Megan is in love with her new nephew and was really sad to leave.

Jeremy sent another picture through the phone while he was on the phone with us. :) Can't wait to see the little man!

Our New Grandson

Our Son (Jeremy) and Amy delviered into the world a baby boy on Friday September 12, 2008 at 7:50 am. He weighed 7lbs 12ozs and was 14.1 inches long, his name is Cole James Leonard adn we cannot wait to meet him!

Congratulations to the Longtin Family

Today a new baby was born to this world, to Mr & Mrs Jeff & Heather Longtin....a baby boy....his name is Ethan Wyatt born on August 22, 2008 at 3:#2 pm, weighing in at 7lbs 15 ozs and 20 inches long, he is a beautiful bundle of joy! Congratulations guys! :)

Heather and Jeff came by for brunch today, it was great to finally get together! How bad is it that we exchanged our Christmas gifts as well today? That is so bad!!!! But now we've made a pack that it can't be that long between visits and this surely showed all of us how we must get together more often! Heather is due for her baby on August 29/08, not long now! :)
